Working with Rianna has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. She has helped me completely re-shape my approach to exercise, food and my daily life. This in turn has improved my self-confidence and has far reaching positive impacts on my relationships, my career and my general outlook on life. Rianna’s coaching style is supportive and honest without being too pushy. She looked at my life as a whole (very busy working full time with two young kids) and looked at how making minor tweaks could make big differences. She helped me set realistic goals and created workouts and plans that were achievable. Most importantly she gave me the tools to be able to continue on this path on my own, helping me become more in tune with my body and what it needs, particularly in relation to adapting my training plan around my cycle.
Before I started working with Rianna, I hated what I saw in the mirror and was really unhappy. Now I look in the mirror and am proud of what I see and have never been more content. This is down to Rianna’s positivity and belief in her clients and daily support to help coach you through the wobbles and celebrate the gains.

I hurt my back twice in 2023 and decided to go to Rianna for PT sessions once a a week, in additional to my usual weight lifting classes. I am now 58 yrs old and I felt that I was experiencing injury due to stiffness and lack of flexibility.

There has been a marked improvement in my flexibility overall and my balance has improved dramatically over the past year. I now understand how muscle memory works due to Rianna explaining this to me and showing me how small adjustments to my stance make all the difference. She has been extremely patient with me, very focused on attention to detail, making adjustments to exercises in order to help me achieve goals and movement that I initially never thought I would manage. Rianna has really helped me understand how my body works on an individual level and this has increased my confidence. I have really enjoyed my sessions with Rianna. She watches me carefully and encourages me to achieve movement I never thought was possible for me.
